Symptoms

Users are unable to inactivate specifc Forms from classic Manage Forms page. They receive the following error:

First operand of . is NULL, so cannot access member ValidFrom. (180,236) FORM.CONTROLLER.FormRptController.OnExecute Name:HideFromPortal PCPC:17245 Statement:189
Called from:FORM.CONTROLLER.FormRptController.OnExecute Name:FormAdminWrk_FormInactivatePB_FieldChange Statement:175

The first operand of the dot operator is the NULL value, indicating the lack of any object value. As a consequence, the given method or property cannot be used.



The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Enterprise Components > Forms > Manage Forms
2. Search as needed to find the form to inactivate.
3. Click the Inactivate button.
