ESS View Of Compensation History Is Not Showing The Correct Amount Of Job Record (Doc ID 2763944.1)

Symptoms

Employee self service view of Compensation History is not showing the correct amount of job record.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1: Navigate to Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data and
select employee = xxxx
2: Add a new Work Location, select current date as effective date and seq = 0 and Action = Data Change
3: Add a new Compensation, input seq = 0, comp rate = 0
4: Add a new Work Location, select current date as effective date and seq = 1 and Action = Data Change
5: Add a new Compensation, input seq = 1, comp rate = xxxx , In Payment History Page, expecting to see the most recent data, but it only
shows Effective Date = 1/5/2021, Seq = 0. It is expected to show Effective Date = 1/5/2021, Seq = 1
6.Main Menu > Self service > Payroll and compensation > Compensation History > recent data not displayed
