Refresh Names and Profiles MIL_REBUILD_NAMES Process Creates New Rows Even If No Change (Doc ID 2764036.1)

Symptoms

Refresh Names and Profiles MIL MIL_REBUILD_NAMES creates new rows even if no change.

MIL_REBUILD_NAMES process updates the name of every employee, however it also adds a new row on the run date with the same name if nothing has changed.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to: Workforce Administration > Collective Processes > Refresh Names and Profiles MIL > Refresh Names and Profiles MIL
2. Refresh Names and Profiles MIL: MIL_REBUILD_NAMES
3. Run this process to rebuild the names and profiles of all the military personnel and synchronize this data with the Manage Profile records
