Checklist Item Code's Status Not Updated when Student Uploads Documents Related to Checklist

Checklist item code's status is not updated when student uploads documents corresponding to any checklist item code in student self service.
There should be an automatic interim status change in checklist item code in person checklist management pages or PS_PERSON_CHK_ITEM table so that the administrator can check students who have uploaded the document for a specific checklist and can then change the status to "Completed" upon verification.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
- Admission's assigns multiple checklists to the students
- Student uploads the document related to any particular checklist item code in Self Service, for example Passport and Study Permit.
- Status of the checklist item code attached to the student remains to be initiated and doesn't change to any intermediate status which makes it hard to identify any documents in case of multiple docs uploaded
