Symptoms
The Resource Requests associated with resource is not listed. It happens when resource is assigned to the Service Order and there is no match in the resource profile.
Steps:
1) Create a Service Order.
2) Assign resource to Service Order.
3) Go to Resource Management > Staffing Workbench - Manage Utilization.
4) Search for Resource Request for the resource.
- Service Order / Resource Request is not listed.
