UPN ID Not Defaulting On Requisition Sourced From Cart Replenishment

Symptoms
When a requisition is sourced from Req Loader or Cart Replen, the UPN (GTIN) ID is not populating. But the UPN is only defaulting when the requisition is created online.
Steps to Reproduce the Issue:
1. Setup GTIN for an Item.
Navigation: Items > Define Items and Attributes > Define Item. Click Manufacturers and then Global Trade Item Number
2. Stage a Requisition for this item.
Navigation: Purchasing > Requisition > Stage for Loading
3. Run the Req Loader.
Navigation: Purchasing > Requisition > Load Requisitions
4. Requisition gets created.
Navigation: Purchasing > Requisition > Review Requisition Information > Requisitions
5. UPN ID (GTIN) is not populated
