E-PIA: Get 'Your PeopleSoft Connection Has Expired' Error On The Login Page when Switch between Environments (Doc ID 2765032.1)

On the PeopleSoft login page, once the user puts in User ID and Password, it gives 'Your PeopleSoft connection has expired' error. The URL changes from cmd=login to cmd=expire. It works after clearing the browser cache. When the user tries it next time, it does the same. Users need to clear browser cache every time they login. 

This happens when switching between environments (on different tools versions or the same) in the same browser session.

Your PeopleSoft connection has expired

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in one environment
2. Sign out of the environment
3. Login to a different environment using the same browser session
4. Get 'Your PeopleSoft connection has expired' message
