Invalid Extension Warning Message Displays When Entering Dependent Phone Number Using "Same as Mine" Option. (Doc ID 2765121.1)

Symptoms

When entering dependent phone number in the Open Enrollment activity guides, the warning message Invalid Extension displays. This happens when you select "Same as Mine" option and click the Done button.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Fluid Home=> Open Enrollment tile=> Benefits Enrollment.
  2. Select Medical Tile.
  3. Select Add/Update dependent.
  4. Select "Same as Mine" for phone number.
  5. Click the Done button.
