Approved Absence Not Configured for Cancellation Is Listed in the Cancel Absences Page (Doc ID 2765220.1)

Approved absences that is not configured for Cancellation show up in the Cancel Absences. Users are unable to cancel these absences although it is listed in the page and this causes confusion.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on as the Employee
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service> Time > Cancel Absence
3. Click on the Filter button
4. Adjust the Filters then click on the Done button
Create Absence for Employee:
1. Log on as the Admin
2. Navigate to Navbar > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Payee Data > Maintain Absences > Absence Event
3. Enter Absence details
Access Cancel Absence after Admin creates Absence
1. Log on as the Employee
2. Navigate to Employee Self Service > Time > Cancel Absence
3. Previous created absence is displayed, click on it
