Change Assistant 8.5X.xx is being used to apply update using Environment Management Framework and the validation fails at step 5 - Did not find any SQL Query tools
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Configure CA
2. Perform Validation
2. Receive error message when validating CA Settings at Step 5
