Symptoms
An error occurs when clicking the distribution icon on the RTV page
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition by adding an adhoc item
2. Split the schedule into multiple distributions
3. Create Purchase order by copy requisition option
4. Receiving Required "Optional"
5. Save
6. Dispatch It
7. Create Receipt
8. Save
9. Navigate : eProcurement > Manage Requisitions
10. Select the Requisition
11. Select "Process Return" for the requisition on Manage Requisitions page
12. Click Receipt Distribution Icon
Issue : Receive the Error
