Getting an error when password verification is triggered and the page disappears in DB2 Environment

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : PeopleTools > Security > Password Configuration > Password Controls
Requirements
a. Minimum Length : 6
b. Digits : 1
c. Upper Case : 1
2. Login to supplier portal and navigate to Main->menu->maintain supplier information->User profile and new value
3. Adding new value as TEST-PW on user profile page
4. Password entered: aaaaa1
Issue : System throws error for the password validation and the Setup User page is disappeared and getting the error on the page
