Symptoms
When creating a Birth Life Event, the following error is encountered on the page after submitting the date:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in as an employee to Employee Self Service > Life Events > I had a Baby.
2. Enter the birth date and hit submit.
