Symptoms

Email notifications are not being sent when running the delivered LM_NOTIFY app engine process. The app engine completes successfully, but the smtp log shows the following errors:


The issue can be replicated as follows:

1. Users drop their enrollment off from confirmed classes
2. The LM_NOTIFY app engine process runs recurringly
3. The LM_NOTIFY app engine process completes successfully
4. No email notification is sent to the user.
