Fluid Position Management: When Position Workflow Approvals Are Turned Off, the Status is Updated to 'Not Available' (Doc ID 2766316.1)

After inactivating the delivered Position Workflow Process IDs : NewPositionApproval and PositionApproval, the Approval Status for the position is displayed as "Not Available" instead of "Approved".

When inserting a new Effective Date Row for a position that has the approval Status as "Not Available" (it's the max. effdt. for that position) the copy forward does not bring in the details from that position, instead it brings up the information from any previous rows with the Approval Status as "Approved".

Steps to reproduce the issue:

    1. Navigate to Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Approvals > Approvals Setup Center > Approval process Setup
Search for Process Ids: PositionApproval and NewPositionApproval
Select status as Inactive
    2. Navigate to Fluid Workforce Administrator Dashboard> Position Management> Manage Position Tile
Choose a position with Approval Status as 'Not available'
