Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2.20 an error is returned when attempting to fill in a newly created Form built with Form Builder.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a new Form and Approve
  2. Open Form from Navigator
  3. Click the Add a new Value tab or query an existing sequence
  4. Upon opening the Form the error is returned
