E-IB: Unable to Pause or Restart IB Queues (Doc ID 2766941.1)

Log into PIA, navigate to PeopleTools > Integration Broker > Integration Setup > Queues and open any queue. Observe that they are greyed out. As a result, a queue in a running state cannot be paused, and vice versa.
