Symptoms

ePro requisition checkout (PV_REQ_CHECKOUT) page format issues after line edit on saved requisition


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create requisition in classic page
2. Add special request item
3. Click Check out
4. Enter Requisition comments and Attachments
5. Save and Submit
6. Edit Requisition
7. Click Item description
8. Increase the price
9. Click Apply
Issue : Two controls are displayed for the following fields
a. Requisition Comments
b. Send to  Supplier
c. Show at Receipt
d. Shown at Voucher
