Symptoms

1. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager
2. Run the Query to HTML (e.g. 71 rows are retrieved)
3. Run the Query to Excel (e.g. 59 rows are retrieved)
4. Query to Excel stops retrieving the rows at the first photo image
