After adding an audit record for DIRECT_DEPOSIT and DIR_DEP_DISTRIB records, when entering more than one Direct deposit file, the insert fails for the employee with the error below.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Audit record for the Parent and Secondary records.
2. Use recommendation of only using the audit fields as a key as described in PeopleBooks
3. Employee enters more than one detail row for their direct deposit via Self Service (or administrator updates the review Direct Deposit) to have more than one unique row (in this case 4 unique rows)
4. Error occurs upon save

Audit Tables created for a primary record and secondary record that can have multiple rows.
