Symptoms
HTML tags appear as text in the text messages on many Fluid Benefits pages.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Add HTML tags to a Text Catalog message for formatting (Navigation: Set Up HCM > Common Definitions > Text Catalog and Notepad > Maintain Text Catalog).
2. Open a Fluid Benefits page (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefits Details tile > Benefits pages).
