Symptoms

Asset Is Not Retired When Receipt is Cancelled. The asset for line 2 is correctly retired but the asset for line 1 remains in service despite the total cost being zero.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1 Main Menu > Purchasing > Purchase Orders > Add/Update POs

Create a PO with 2 lines - line 1 has 3 distribution lines and line 2 has 1 distribution line

Budget check and dispatch the PO

2 Main Menu > Purchasing > Receipts  > Add/UpdateReceipts

Create a receipt for the PO - for line 1, click on "use one asset ID" button and save the receipt

3 Main Menu > Purchasing > Receipts > Process Receipts

Launch the RECV_02 process - 1 asset is created for line 1 and 1 for line 2

4 Main Menu > Purchasing > Receipts > Add/UpdateReceipts

Cancel the receipt

5 Main Menu > Purchasing > Receipts > Process Receipts

Launch the RECV_02 process - the asset for line 2 is correctly retired but the asset for line 1 remains in service despite the total cost being zero.

6 Main Menu > Asset Management > Asset Transactions > History > Review Cost

Line 1s asset Total Cost is 0.0 but is still In Service which is not correct.
