Goal

Why the email subject is coming from 2 different places to setup?

When analyzing the code in EMAILDUN of the application engines included in Bug 31617930, they all seem to grab the message catalog 6200 for the subject:

  &email.Subject = MsgGetText(6200, 350, "Copy of dunning letter %1", AR_DUN_XMLP_AET.DUN_ID_NUM, &gblFileName);
  &email.Text = MsgGetExplainText(6150, 168, "Attached please find a copy of the dunning letter.");

The original DunningEmailer application packges used to email the dunning letter from the collections workbench has this:
 &recEmail.EMAIL_SUBJECTTEXT.Value = MsgGetText(6150, 168, "Copy of dunning letter %1", &_dunId);
  &recEmail.EMAIL_TEXTLONG.Value = MsgGetExplainText(6150, 168, "Attached please find a copy of the dunning letter.");

Why the subject text doesn't use the same message catalog as customers have to update 2 messages to stay in sync?

Also, is the development team considering unifying the setup so that customers won't have to make changes in 2 places?
