Symptoms

When attempting to deploy the PT 8.59.01 DPK on Windows Server 2019 standard, the deployment fails and the following is in the log.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run command psft-dpk-setup.bat --env_type midtier --deploy_only --deploy_type all
