An Error occurs when Searching for an Item on the Requisition page if the Elastic Search is enabled

Symptoms
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate : PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Deploy/Delete Object
Deploy Search Definitions : EP_PV_EXPRESSITEMS_SD, EP_PV_MASTERITEMVENDOR_SD and EP_PV_MASTERITEM_SD
2. Navigate : PeopleTools > Search Framework > Administration > Schedule Search Index
Build Full Indexes for EP_PV_EXPRESSITEMS_SD, EP_PV_MASTERITEMVENDOR_SD and EP_PV_MASTERITEM_SD
3. Enable Search Engine
Navigate : eProcurement > Administer Procurement > Maintain Overall System Options > eProcurement Installation Options
Catalog Search Type : Search Engine
4. Create Classic Requisition
5. Search an item
