Symptoms
Payroll Administrator wants to insert a new row in the Maintain Source Tax Data CHE page. Time out error received when a new row is inserted and saved. The issue is only on MSS database.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt, Payee Data, Taxes, Maintain Source Tax Data CHE
2. Add a new effective date row.
Result: time-out don't let us to save
