GPCHE Tax Source Page Error Message when Exonerated Check Box Is Chosen for Multi Contract Employee (Doc ID 2771752.1)

For an employee with multi contract, there is a mismatch with the PeopleCode that checks if effective date is equal to the first day of the month or equal to hire/rehire date.
Even if hire date is changed, customer cannot save change in source tax page.The following GPCH Tax source page error message occurs when exonerated check box is chosen for a multi contract employee and try to save the page.


Please check the Effective Date. (17051,91)
The Effective Date must be equal to the first day of the month or to the Hire or Rehire date.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt, Payee Data, Taxes, Maintain Source Tax Data CHE
2. open for an employee with multi contract
3. change hire date and try to save change in source tax page.
4. error occurs
