eProcurement Punchout Requisition Missing Row in PV_REQ_LN_DIST After Mass Change in Requisition Checkout Page (Doc ID 2772051.1)

Symptoms

On a punchout requisition having two lines, on the Checkout page, (so without submitting the requisition) select both requisition lines, click on Mass Change button and change some values on the Distribution page.

Although both distribution lines get updated ok by the Mass Change, after clicking on Done from mass change page, the Distribution record PV_REQ_LN_DIST shows only one row, while it should have two rows for the two requisition lines.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1) Create a Punchout requisition with 2 lines: eProcurement> Create Requisition Tile>Web Suppliers

2) In My Requisition, Edit the created requisition, Mass Change the line items in Checkout page. Click Done from MassChange page.

3) Check the rows in PV_REQ_LN_DIST after Mass Change, there is only one row.
