Student Program/Plan Component 'OK' and 'Apply' Buttons no Longer Re-Directs Back to Student Services Center After Applying Fix 30187741 in PUM Image 15

When using the Student Services Center and the 'Edit Program Data' button to reach the Student Program/Plan component, after making changes on the component and clicking 'OK' or 'Apply', the page no longer automatically re-directs back to the Student Services Center.
Rather than remain on the Student Program/Plan component, requiring the user to manually navigate back to Student Services Center, the buttons are expected to re-direct the user automatically, as had been occurring on Campus Solutions 9.2 PUM Image 14 and earlier.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
- Navigate to Campus Community > Student Services Center.
- Go to Academics tab.
- Click "Edit Program Data" button to transfer to the Student Program/Plan component.
- Make a change and select OK or Apply.
The issue occurs after applying the fix for <Bug 30187714> in PUM Image 15.
