'No Matching Buffer Found for Level. (15,26)' Error When Adding or Updating Class Search Filter Setup. (Doc ID 2772214.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to add/ update data in the class search filter setup component, an error may be received as documented in <Note 2772342.1>. 

As an attempt to get around the initial error, the user may decide to delete one or both of the existing effective dated rows. If so, a different error will be shown on the page, following the attempt to save the change:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Records > Fluid Self Service Setup > Class Search Setup > Class Search Filters.
  2. Add a New Row with Effective date 01/01/1901 and save the component.
  3. Logs out or navigate to another component in PS and then navigate back to the Class Search Filter component. 
  4. Click on the Correct History button to show all rows. 
  5. Attempt to made any change to the row and save. 
  6. Click '-' to delete one or both effective dated rows, and note the new error displayed on the page after clicking the save button.
