Symptoms
When cancelling a course with a final exam schedule, the final exam is not purged from the event table.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Cancel a class that has a final exam schedule on the Schedule of Classes.
2. Go to the event table and not that the final exam event ID is still on the table
