For Fluid Benefit Enrollment, an older effective dated coverage code description is showing on the medical plan details page.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Insert multiple rows (more than 2) with different descriptions in the Coverage Code table for Family Coverage cde 4.  Navigation:  Setup HCM > Product Related > Base Benefits > Plan Attributes > Health Coverage Codes.
2.  As an employee associated to a Spouse and Child, open the Open Enrollment event, select to make a medical election. Employee Self Service > Open Enrollment Tile > Benefit Enrollment, select Medical.

The description shows the row for 1/1/1900 and not the row as of the Event Date.
