E-SQR: Oracle-specific Syntax In XRFEVPC.sqr Causes That Sqr To Fail On SQL Server Platform (Doc ID 2772508.1)

Symptoms

Oracle included a Change Assistant step of "Running the Event Mapping Cross Reference Report" that calls XRFEVPC.SQR that returns an error on SQL Server:
 

SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbdesc: SQLNumResultCols error 102 in cursor 4:
  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]Incorrect syntax near '|'.
(SQR 5528) ODBC SQL dbdesc: SQLNumResultCols error 11501 in cursor 4:
  [Microsoft][ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server][SQL Server]The batch could not be analyzed because of compile errors.

Error on line 263:
  (SQR 3716) Error in SQL statement.
