EGL9.2:Reconciliation Workbench File Attachment Not Getting Saved or Stored When No Description Populated. (Doc ID 2772960.1)

Symptoms

Reconciliation Workbench File Attachment is not getting saved or stored when there is no Description populated.

Steps to replicate:

Navigate to General Ledger > Perform Reconciliation > Workbench.

Scenario 1:  

First file attachment with no description
  - Click Attachments link.    
  - Attach a file without entering any description, then save.    
  - Click Attachments link again.  
  Result:  Note that the attachment is not saved.    

Scenario 2:  

First attachment with description
  - Click Attachments link.
  - Attach a file, enter its description, then save.    
  - Click Attachments link again.  
  Result:  Note that the attachment is saved.    
 
Scenario 3:

First attachment with description, but second attachment without description.
  - Click Attachments link.
  - Attach a file, enter its description, then save.
  - Click ‘+’ to add another attachment.  This time, no description is populated. Then, save.    
  - Click Attachments link again.  
  Result:  Note that both attachments with and without description are saved.
