E-PB: Clicking the Help Link From On MasterCard XML Map Page Returns a "We're sorry, the page you were looking for does not exist or is no longer available" HTTP 404 Error (Doc ID 2773498.1)

Symptoms

Site is on PeopleTools 8.57/FSCM 9.20, and their Web Profile's Help Link points to the Oracle Hosted FSCM 9.20 PeopleBooks.

When a PIA user clicks on the Help Link from the ProCard MasterCard XML page (Navigation: Main Menu > Setup FSCM > Product Related > Procurement options > Purchasing > ProCard MasterCard XML), the following error is seen in the help page window.




The issue can be reproduced using the following steps:

  1. Set up the Web Profile's Help Link URL to point to the hosted PeopleBooks as shown below.

    https://www.oracle.com/pls/topic/lookup?id=%CONTEXT_ID%&ctx=pt857latest&ctx=fscm92latest

  2. Log into PIA, and navigate to the ProCard MasterCard XML Map page.
  1. Press the Help link, and observe the http 404 error above.
