While Editing a Multi-Line Requisition for One Time Address and Submitting the Requisition the System Gives the Error Data being added conflicts with existing data (18, 2) (Doc ID 2773576.1)

Symptoms

While doing a Mass Change on a multi-line requisition that has One Time Address, the system gives an error when clicking on Submit. Data being added conflicts with existing data (18, 2)


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to ‘My Requisitions’ page and edit a requisition that has multiple (3-4) line items.
2. Select all items and click on Mass Change button.
3. Click on Add One Time Address button. Enter address details. Return back to Checkout page.
4. Click on ‘Schedule Details‘ button for the last item.
5. Click on ‘One Time Address’ icon. Edit Address details as required. Return to Checkout page.
6. Click on ‘Submit’ button. Error message 'Data being added conflicts with existing data (18, 2)' is displayed.
