Symptoms
The 'Create T2202 PDF Forms' process (SSF_2202_PRT) fails with the following error, as displayed in the process log file.
The run control is configured to print all tax forms for the 2019 taxation year. Total number of forms created for the Tax Year is less than 50,000.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Student Financials, Taxes, Create T2202 PDF Forms;
- Select a run control;
- Populate the run control with:
Query Name = QA_CS_SF_2202PRT;
Calendar Year = 2019
Template Definition = SSF_2202_PRT_2019 - Submit the process to the process scheduler.
- Once the process completes, review the log file to see the error.
