EPY: View All on Review Paycheck/Deductions Grid Cuts off the Decimal in the Calculated Base Column

Symptoms
In Review Paycheck, when reviewing Paycheck deductions (when more than 8 deductions) and clicking on the view all hyperlink to see the grid with all deductions, the last column (Calculated Base) is getting cut off.
Expect to see the full grid and all the values in the grid.
Steps to Produce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply PUM Image 37
2. Navigate to: Payroll For North America > Payroll Processing USA > Produce Payroll > Review Paycheck
3. Search for DEMO employee KU0105
4. Review Deductions
5. Click View All
6. The grid that appears cuts off the decimals of the last column labeled "Calculated Base"
