Symptoms
In 9.1, when uploading 3 journals from spreadsheet journal at the same time, only one of the journals has the View Audit Logs link on the application journal entry lines page. The other 2 journals don't have this link
Steps
1) Create a spreadsheet journal with 3 separate headers and 3 separate journals
2) Upload all three journals at the same time
3) Review each journal in create/update journals and note that some are emissing the view audit log link
