Symptoms
Mass Trigger functionality not possible for CHE Load Source Tax rates process.
Mass Trigger definition comes in Vanilla for component GPCH_TX_SETUP. Additionally, Component Record PeopleCode exists to create Mass Trigger.
The Load Source Tax rates process however is done using SQL, so the Mass Trigger functionality is not called.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Menu > Set Up HCM > Product Related > Global Payroll & Absence Mgmt > Taxes > Source Tax CHE
