EGL 9.2: When Set Up Alternate User ID Both the Alternate And the Original Approver are Getting Approval Notifications (Doc ID 2774286.1)

Alternate User ID is not working after PUM Image 33/34 have been applied.

When set up an Alternate Userid for an existing Approver Userid with a from and to date range that includes today's date, when the userid submits a journal with today's date for approval both the original Approver Userid and the Alternate Userid appear on the approval tab.

Only the Alternate Approver Userid should appear.

Steps

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1-Add VP2 (Michael Buhler) as alternate approver user id for GLS2 (Karen Mitchell) [Navigation: PeopleTools > Security > User Profiles, in Workflow tab of existing approver GLS2, add alternate approver VP2, with Date Range that includes today's date; click Save]
2-Logon as user GLS1; create a journal with today's date [Navigation: General Ledger > Journals > Journal Entry > Create/Update Journals]
3-Edit Journal to status 'V'
4-Submit the journal for approval on Approval tab
5-On Approval tab, now see a pending approval box for VP2 (Michael Buhler) AND a pending approval box for GLS2 (Karen Mitchell) - should only see a pending approval box for VP2 (Michael Buhler)
