E-PUM: How to Find Bug IDs Listed in CPU Patches Document? (Doc ID 2774588.1)

When searching for Bug IDs listed in the CPU document in both PUM and MOS, cannot find them.
Searching PUM gives this message:

Invalid value -- press the prompt button or hyperlink for a list of valid values (15,11)
