After having deployed a custom search definition and having ran the respective schedule search index one was able to search the data present in the custom search definition from Global Search and Search Test Page. However, when one went to Kibana dashboard->Discover and tried to get the data behind the custom search definition, the returned message was:
even though the time criteria was set to 100 years. In addition, under the _source field the displayed message was:
