Symptoms
When running the Off-Cycle Direct Deposit Application Engine, PY_DIRDEP, am receiving a unique constraint error:
Steps to Produce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to: Set Up HCM > Install > Product Specific > Payroll for NA Installation
- Under the title "U.S. Off-Cycle Files" Check both Create Off-Cycle Files and Use Check Date on Advice "On"
- Save - Run the Direct Deposit PY_DIRDEP
Navigation: Payroll for North America > Payroll Processing USA > Create Direct Deposits > Create Direct Deposit File - The process does not complete and you receive the 805 unique constraint error
Changes
The enhanced Direct Deposit for Off-cycle from PUM 34 was applied and was turned on on the installation table.
