Symptoms

Some of the Tiles in a Fluid Homepage are initially rendered with their respective images, but then the images disappear once the page is loaded.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login and land on or go to the Employee Self Service Homepage.
2. Wait until the Homepage loads all tiles.
3. Note that, initially, all of the Tiles are displayed with their respective images. Then, after the Homepage is fully loaded, some of those Tiles are no longer displaying the images.
