A Leave Plan is configured to accrue hours on an Hours-Per-Hour basis. For employees paid on a weekly payroll, in years where there are 53 payrolls, will the system calculate what an employee should receive as vacation in a 52-pay year and then spread those accrual hours over the 53 pay periods? If not and the amount accrued over the 52 payrolls is the maximum number of hours an employee should receive in any year, how can the year's accrual be capped at that amount?
