E-QR: Query Name Field Is Disabled When Using "Go Back to Scheduled Query" (Doc ID 2776596.1)

Symptoms

The Query Name field is disabled when using "Go back to Scheduled Query" from Process Monitor to schedule a query.

This issue does not exist in lower PeopleSoft versions.

In order to replicate the issue, follow the below replication steps:

1. Log into PIA.
2. Navigate to Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
3. Search for any query on the Query Manager page.
4. Click on the “Schedule” link.
5. Click on "Add" button.
6. Click on the “Process Monitor” link
7. Click on “Go back to Scheduled Query” link.
8. Click again on "Add a new value".
9. Query Name field is disabled.
