Symptoms
After PUM upgrade from HCM 9.2.27 to 9.2.36, AWE routings are no longer correctly routing to Alternate User ID's setup on the User Profile pages. As a result, workflow's are no longer routing to Alternate's when people are on leave so routings are getting delayed.
