How to set up Security such that the following use case can be achieved?

For example, there might be 500 users that would run queries accessing the proj_resource table. The group of 500 users should not have access to project transactions for all projects in the proj_resource table. They should only have query access to the project transactions for the projects they are a team member on.

Current environment set up and Project Security related questions

SetUp Financial Supply Chain > Security > Security Options  - Permission List Level Security option select and Business Unit as the only secured field selected

The requirement now is to control access to Project Costing data based on project team members. There is another need to control the PROJ_RESOURCE data using the query manager based on project team.

Q1: Is it true that project team security is only available with the User ID Level Security option on the Security Options page?

Q2: If that is true then what are our Project Security options with the Permission List Level Security option? Also, is there a hybrid approach that we can use for security options like using the Permission List Level Security option for Business Unit and then User ID Level Security option for Project?

Q3: Which options would allow controlling query access to project transactions? The need is to be able to only allow specific users access to specific project transactions instead of allowing all users with query access to have access to transactions for all projects.
