Symptoms

Performance Monitor is not working in Tools 8.58.09. Monitoring system and Monitored system are 2 different systems, running on same Windows 2019 server.

PSPPMSRV process is set to  Min=Max=1 in psappsrv.cfg file (<PS_HOME>/appserv/DomainName/psappsrv.cfg) and the port is specified to a unique port.

The <PS_CFG_HOME>/appserv/<DomainName>/LOGS/APPSRV_MMDD.LOG show the error below for the PSPPMSRV process:
